Hi! I am Daniela Sarmiento.
I’ve been transforming people’s lives by helping them attract high-paying opportunities, either when I help independent professionals gain credibility and visibility, so they are recognized and seen as the “Go to person" in their fields or when I help corporate professionals to land a promotion or to get hired for executive roles.
I am a Personal brand and career strategist specializing in Image consulting, professional development and executive presence.
I am a business owner and also a part time Freelancer as an International Executive Recruiter.
My background is based in 3 main areas:
Communications, Business development and Executive recruiting (which make the perfect combination to having the business I have today).
If you are wondering how have I got into this, here is the reason why: It all started when I was interviewing hundreds of aspiring leaders and they were selling themselves short as part of the interview process.
Seeing them not showing up with their highest potential really frustrated me, so I thought I needed to do something that helped them express their value, while taking advantage of their self-image and communication skills.
I felt I needed to accomplish my mission by helping them communicate their value at all levels.
I strongly believe that everyday you need to be ready to radiate confidence and influence with your presence
Until now, I have had the opportunity to live, work and be trained academically in 5 countries: Venezuela, Ireland, Argentina, United States and Spain and I provide my services in English and Spanish.
I’ve been able to pass on this combination of rich experiences to my clients, who say they find my approach refreshing and effective.
I am certified in Advanced Image Consulting and Executive Presence from London Image Institute (a worldwide specialist in the field). I do also hold an MBA from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Ireland and a Masters in Information and Communication for Development from the Central University of Venezuela.
I am very proud to say that I help people communicate their value so they can get access to leadership and business opportunities.
